• Our own identity network as the foundation. Express ourselves authentically and independently.

• Layer affinity, judgment, and reputation on top of identity: promote or suppress collectively, in a decentralized way, so no one is king — and each of us can trust from our own point of view, or even explore others'.

• Internet is like Farmers' Market

Consider the World Wide Web 30 years ago: open, heterogenous, decentralized... and marvel at the evolution.
Let's do the same thing but trusted.

• Optionally use the Nerd'ster, submit a book, a movie, an article, ...

• Back up your keys

• Spread the word

• Check back later...

Why?

• Crypto: So you can say something on your own.

• Identity: So we know who said what.

• Decentralized: Your PoV, not Google's, Elon's, mine, no authority, no dictators, not you, not me.

• Delegates: Allow services we like to use a network (and identities) we give them.

• Heterogeneous: So service can compete, challenge each other using our data, and evolve.

Transform the Internet, flip the script

• people not accounts

• liberate trust not spam and misinformation

• litter it with our signed data (not anonymous, not locked in silos)

• leverage our human relationships and reputations

...

• Because you believe (that if we don't build this for ourselves, they'll build it for us, and it will be worse;)

• Because you believe (that the bots are taking over;)

Possible adoption / growth / adoption scenario

• People understand this, desire it, and it's not hard to do.

• Any viral spread (folks choose to promote, evangelize on social)

• Hundreds in your network on the Nerd'ster

• Other small players build apps that leverage and/or grow the network

• Facebook: (They want to leverage their network's monopoly.)

• Uber, Airbnb, Amazon: (They have their own monopolies for reviews, but their competitors might (Lyft, VRBO, Walmart)

• Craigslist.org, for example. They need this and are not in the network business.

• Turn the corner - Google (they search well, want data, want to train their AI chatbot on humans not other AI chatbots), X.com (they want to know who's human), ...

Killer apps?

• Only allow humans to make my phone ring (or beyond.. identity network caller ID, contacts..)

• Organize movements, eg. I'll commit if 1,000 others commit (signed, in your network, cryptographic chain from you)
